📅 Return Period

• You may return or exchange any unworn, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

📦 How to Return

2. We’ll arrange a pickup or provide the return address.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

💳 Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items.

• Underwear or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
